This notice identifies the company that operates Amedi, how to contact it, which are its official domains and on which infrastructure the platform runs. It is published in compliance with Venezuelan regulations on the identification of online service providers and consumer protection.

3. Official domains
Amedi operates solely on the following domains:
- amedisalud.com — public site, professional search and patient account.
- consultorio.amedisalud.com — dashboard for health professionals and their teams.
- admin.amedisalud.com — internal administration of the platform.
- api.amedisalud.com — application services.
Any other domain, page, profile or phone number presenting itself as Amedi is not Amedi. Amedi will never ask for your password or request payments to its own accounts via WhatsApp or email: consultation payments are made directly to the professional, through the methods they configure themselves. If you receive a suspicious communication, report it to soporte@amedisalud.com.

5. Data location
The platform's data is stored on servers located in the United States of America. The detail of which data is processed, for what purposes and for how long is in the privacy policy.
6. Nature of the service
Amedi is a technology intermediary: it provides patients and health professionals with a platform to find each other, book appointments, keep medical records and communicate. Altiora Tech, C.A. does not provide health services, does not employ the registered professionals, does not issue diagnoses or treatments and does not intervene in payments between patients and professionals.
The professionals listed on the platform are independent and answer for the care they provide in accordance with the Law on the Practice of Medicine. Amedi verifies their identity and professional license before they can see patients, but does not supervise or guarantee the quality of care.

7. SUNDDE / RUPDAE registration and consumer complaints
The registration of Altiora Tech, C.A. in the Single Registry of Persons Carrying Out Economic Activities (RUPDAE) of the National Superintendency for the Defence of Socioeconomic Rights (SUNDDE) is pending; this notice will be updated with the registration number once it is issued.
If you believe your rights as a consumer have been violated and you did not receive a response through our support channels, you may file a complaint with SUNDDE at https://denuncias.sundde.gob.ve/.
8. Intellectual property
The Amedi brand, its logo, the software and the design of the platform are the property of Altiora Tech, C.A. or its licensors. Their use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
